JR. to withdraw, and to impose a lien for his attorney's fees and costs
on the proceeds of the claim of the Plaintiff against the Defendants.
which constitutes the subject matter of this action, and the Court
having considered this matter it is thereupon:.
ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED that C. R. !lcDONALD, JR. be and he is hereby
permitted to withdraw and that a lien for his attorney's fees and costs
is imposed upon the subject matter of~this damage claim and any monies :
