This cause coming on to•be heard upon Motion of C. R. McDONALD,
JR. to withdraw, and to impose a lien for his attorney's fees and costs
on the proceeds of the clai~a of the Plaintiff against the Defendants
which constitutes the subject matter of this action, and the Court
having considered this matter it is thereupon:
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that C. R. McDONAI,D, JR. be and he is hereby
permitted to withdraw and that a lien far his attorney's fees and costs
is imposed upon the subject matter of this damage claim and any monies
which may be found due from the Defendants to Plaintiff are subject to
; this lien pending further order of this Court.
