All capitalized terms not other~aise defined herein shall.have
the meanings set forth in the Loan Agreement.
~ In the event of default in the payment of any of the
payments of either principal or interest as and when the same
shall become due and payable, above described, or in the event
of any default under the Loan Agreement, or in the event of any
default under the terms of the Mortgage or either or both of
the Security Agreements, to which reference is hereby made for
a description of the security and a statement of the terms and
conditions upon which this Note is secured, the entire balance
of the principa] of this Note then outstanding and unpaid sha12
at the election of the payee or holder hereof, without demand ~
or notice, become and sha21 be due and payable at once. Fail-
ure at times to exercise such election shall not constitute a
waiver of the right to exercise it. If this Note be not paid
at maturity, whether by acceleration or otherwise, and it be
placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, the parties
hereto agree to pay a reasonable attorney's fee.
All parties hereto whether as makers, endorsers, sure-
ties, guarantors or in any other capacity, hereby waive pre-
sent:nent for payment, demand, protest, notice of protest and
notice of dishonor and consent that this Note may be extended
or reneWed from time to time and that all or any of the secu-
~i rity to this Note may be sold, without releasing any of said
~ parties.
