HEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MARK BLANK as President of M.S.B. Corporation, a Florida
corporation, who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says °
as follows:
1. This Affidavit is given in connection with that cer-
tain Special Warranty Deed dated September 15, 1975, given by
Florida East Coast Railway Company, a Florida corporation ("FEC")
to M.S.H. Corporation, a Florida corporation ("MSH")., and
recorded in O.R. Book 244, at Page 2003, of thp Public Records of
St. Lucie County, FZorida (the "Deed"), conveying the property ~

located on St. Lucie County and more particularly described on
Exhibit "A" attached to and made a part hereof (the "Property").
2. Pursuant to the requirements set forth in the Deed,
MSH did construct on the Property a warehouse facility having an
area of not less than 30,000 square feet within 24 months next
