Kn~w all men by these presents, that.R. James Erskine, Robert M. Oermstadt, ~
and Margaret A. Darmstadt, his wife and Frank A. Nacha, Jr „ owners and holders
of that certain mortgage given by Charles F. 0'Donnell, a single man, individually
and as Trustee, bearing date the 18th day of September, 1981, recor~ed in
Official Records Book 363, Page 1803 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; given to secure the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100
(~20,000.00), evidenced by a certain note upon the following described property
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: ,

satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to acncel the same of record, said mortgage note having been duly cancelled ~
