SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE `
Know all men by these presents, that Robert M. Darmstadt and Margret A.
Darmstadt, his ?vife, owners and holders of that certain mortgage given
by R. James Erskine, individually and as Trustee, bearing date the 16th
of June, 1983, recorded in Official Records Book 404, Page 243 of the
Public Records of S~. Lucie County, Florida; given to secure the sum of r
ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS (s120,00.00), evidenced
by a certain note upon the following described property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Floirda, to wit:

- Have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby acknowledge ~
satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record, said mortgage note having been
duly cancelled and surrendered. . `
