Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township ~
37 South, Range 41 East; thence run West along Section ~
line 1302 feet, more or lesa. to a stone; thence North 15
degrees West along East line of.subdivision of Weat part ~
of Lots 6 and a dietance of 651.6 feet, more or less f
to a stone on the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of said aub- ~
division and on North line of South one-half of Lot 6j ~
thence East along said line 1863 feet, more or less to ~
Indian River (an iron pipe marking line on riverbank); ?
thence Southeasterly Meandering River 775 feet, more or
~ess, to the Section line between Sections 10 and 15, ~
Township 37 South, Range 41 East (said line being marked i
by an iron pipe on bank of river) and located liy a t
Palmetto tree South of line with government scribing on
same; thence Weat along said Section line 891 feet to ~

South measured on the square, excepting, however, right- k
of-way of the Florida East coast railway and county
roads and also reserving 20 feet on the West line for a #
