THIS Financing Statement covers the following types and
items of propertys All property rights of any kind whatsoever,
whethec real, peraonal, mixed or otherwfse, and whather tangible
or intangible, encwnbered by that certain Mortgage and Security
Agreement dated 0. 3a , 1984, from the Debtor, as identi-
fied herein, in avor o t Secured Par~y, as identified herein,
and. encumbering that certain parcel of real estate situated in
St. Lucie, Florida, and legally described as:

replacements, addi tions, substi tutions, renewals and accessions
of any of the foregoing.
B. Assi nmen t of Ren ts and Leases. Toge ther wi th al l
rents, issues, pro ts, revenue, income and other benefits from
the Property to be applied to the indebtedness secured .hereby;
provided, however, that permission is hereby given to Mortgagor,
so long as no defaul t has occurred hereunder, to collect, receive
and use s uc h bene f i t f rom t he Proper ty as they become due and
payable, but not in advance thereof; together with all right,
ti tle and in teres t of Mortgagor in and to any and all leases now
or hereafter on or affecting the Property. The foregoing assign-
ment shall not be deemed to impose upon Secured Party any of the
obl iga tions or du ties o f Deb tor prov ided in any suc h lease.
