mate the loan comtemplated hertby; and. if a pattoership, it is duly formed and validly existing. and is fully qualified to ~
do business in the State of Fiorida; with full power ancl authocity to consum~nate the loan comtemplated hereby. ;
25. In the event any one or mor+e of the provisions contained in this Mortgage w in the Note shaU for any rea- ;
son be held to be invalid. ilkgal or unenforceabk in any ~spect, such invalidity. illegality or unenforceability shall, at
the option of the Mmtgagee. not affcct any dher provisions of this Matgage, but this Mortgage shall be conswod as if ~
such invalid, illegal or unenforceabk provision had never bcen contained herein or therein. The total interest payabte
pursuant to the Note or this Mortgage shall rat in any one yearexceed the highest lawful rate of interest permitted in the
