R. Book 350, Page 2205 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and the Amendments to Declaration.of Condominium as recorded in 0. R. Book 386, Page 2319, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the foregoing Warranty Deed; has been informed and fully understands that alI recreational facilities provided by the Colonnades under the management of Colonnades Management,Inc., including but not limited to swimming pool, ; tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, clubhouse and its recreational facilities~ dockage facilities, roadways and walkways, are all to be used subject to the r~~les and regula- tions as set~forth by Colonnades Management,Inc. and being further subject to the Declaration of Co~ndominium, all applica- ble amendments thereto, the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and ninety-nine year lease and all applicable -amendments there- to which pertain ta the recreation facilities established by ~ Colonnades Condominiums~and under the management of Colonnades Management,Inc.; understands that each and every provision of the foregoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of the Condominium and is essential to the successful operation and management of said Condominium proper-ty; covenants for himself, his heirs, successors and assigns forever to abide by ~ each and every provision of said Declartion, Articles of Incor- ? poration, By-Laws and the Amendments to Declaration of ~ _ Condominium; and further agrees to pay the mortgage, if any, described in the foregoing Deed; Grantee(s) further consents that the undivided share and certain interest in the condominium property and in the common elements appurtenant to the Condominium Unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share of the common expenses for which the Grantee(s) shall be . liable shall be 4.293 z. ; WITNESSES; , ~ ~ ~ i - ~ / ' ~ Gil H.
