AFFIDAVIT. '

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
JOHN R. REA who, upon oath duly sworn by me, deposes and says:
1. That he is more than eighteen years of age and
underst3nds the obligations of an oath.
2. That he is a partner in REA-SCOTT & JACOBSON
INVESTMENTS, a Florida General Partnership. •
3. That all of the partners on the date of the ~
Declaration of Condominium of Commodore Condominiums, dated
September 20, 1980 and recorded in 0. R.Book 350, Page 2205, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and as of the
date hereof ares all the same and are: •

4. That they are the only partners and there have not
besen any other partners of said Partnership at any time.
5. That the execution by Donald E. Jacobson as General
; Partner of a Warranty Deed for Unit #106, Building II,
' Commodore Condominiums to Gil H. Yeager is authorized by the ~
