10. No filling or dredging may be done beyond any lot line~ nor shall any~ cutting of boat slipg or
similar excavating within the lot line be done; nor any bulkhead or sea wall•be built until plar,a have been

16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief
