1. To make all paymenta required by that note and ~bia mortgage
~ promptly when due. . `K'
~ 2. To place, pay for and continuously keep the aai.c~ ncoto~ ,
~ vehicle aforesaid insured against loss by fire, theft and single in- ~
_ terest collision, i~i the usual atandard policy forms in a sum of not ~
l~ss than the amount of the indebtedness herein secured, in sueh company
as may be approved by said mortgagee, and such poliey or policies shall
- contain the usual standard mortgagee clause making loss under said
policy, or policies, ~ayable to said m4rtgagee as his interest may
- appear, and shall promptly deliver said policy, or policies, together
• with receipted biil for premium to said mortgagee. ~
3. To pay ail expenses reasonably incurred by the mortgagee
because of failure of the mortgagor to comply with the agreement in
that note or this mortgage, including reasonable attorney's fees. The ~
- cost thereof, with interest thereon from the date of paymentat ~hs same :
rate as specified in that note, shail 31so be securec7 by this mortgage.

- thirty days after it becomes due, ox if any agreement in this mortgage

of the mortgagee and the mortgagee may foreclose this mortgage~in the
