are to be automaticaUy entitled to membership and voting righta in an association of Ow+ners to be form- ~

14. The Grantor reservea to itself the ru~as and ways shown on the Plat referr~~i to herein and re-

1~. For the breach of any of the above restriction~, the ~Grantor ahsll be entitled to appTy for relief
by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein
shall not Qa deemed: a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same~ a prior, or aubsequent breach,~
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein.
16. All of the covenants and restri~tions shall r~main in force until January 1, .1968~ and ehall b~
automa,tically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter unless owners of at least twathirds of the lots in
the de;~plopment shall, at Ieast aix months prior to any auch renewal date. agree in writing to a change in
or an abrogation of any of the above covenants, and record~ auch writing so amending th~ aioresaid
