16. All of the covepants and restrictions ahall remain in force until January 1~ 1968, and ahall be
~ automatically renewed for each 5 year perlod thereafter unleas ownere of.at leaet two-thirda of the lots in
~ the development ~hall, at least six montha prior to any such renewat date~ ag?ree in writing to a change in
