14, The Grantor reserves to itself the runus and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time tu dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to pubtic use or to convey same
t to the State, County or City or any agency thereof.
~ 16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for r~lief
by injunction in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein '

and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enfarce any restriction herein,
16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force untit January 1~ 1968~ and ahall be
automatically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter unless owners of at least two-thirds of the lots in
the development shall, at least six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing to a change in
, or ~n abrogation of any of the above covenants, and recorda auch writing so amending the sforesaid •
covenants. ~
