are to be automaticaily entitled to membership and voting rights in an association of Ownere to be form-
ed for the purpose of ~nforcing the con~tenants and maintain~ng the high standards of Lakewaod Park. ~
~ All owaers shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas, Iakes and canals and any ~
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own-
era Association when formeel or a corporate or non-corporate organization. ~ Grantee will pay $11 for
each lot to Grantor~ h~s nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year, eaid sum to be used for gen- ;°;,3

i 14. The Grantor reserves to itaelf the roads and ways ahown on the Plat referred to herein and re- ~
