' _ 13. Any and aIl rights and reservations of the Grantor herein included may be transferred or as-
atgned by thQ Grantor ta a Property Owners Association or some corporat~ or non•corporate organizatIon
whose purpose it is to provide for the welfare of~Lakewood Park. All purchasers of residence property
, are to be aatomAtically entitled to membership and voting rights in an association of Owners to be form-
~ ~ ed for the purpose of enforcing the convenants and maintaining the high atandards of Lakewood Park. ~
' All owners shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas, lakes and canals and any ,
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor ahd be maintained by the Property Own~
ers Assaciation when formed or a carporate or non-corporate arganization. Graniee will pay $11 for
~ each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year, gaid sum to be used for g~n-

15. For the breach of any of the above restrictlons, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief

and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enfcarce any restrictIon herein. -
16. All of the covenants and restrictions ahall remain in force until January 1~ 1968, t~nd ahall be

the development shall, at ]east six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing to a change in
