j;I 14. The Grantor reserves to itself the ruuus and ways ahown on ~he P1at referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same
to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. -
16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief '
by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a reatriction herein
