ing into or over the waters of th~ canals or lakea. No boats shall be anchored~ off shore in the canals or
lak~s, and vvhen not in use shall be kept as closaly adjacent to the 6ank as safety allaws to the end that
navigatioYi of the waterwaya will not be impeded. Any use of the canals or lakes shall be at the sole and
absolute risk of the person so using.
14. No filling or dredging may bQ done bQyond any lot line, nor shall any cutting of boat alips or ,
similar excavating within the lot line be done; nor any b~ilkhead or sea wallbe built until plans have been
approved by Grantor. ~
11. If a lot bord~rg a canal or lake, the bed of the canal or lake and the waters above such bed are '
not in~luded. ~
12. Portions of the Plat marked "Reserved" ia the private property of the Grantor and not sub,~ect to ~ i
' these conditions and restrictions and the Grantor reserves the right to release in whole or in part any ~
restrIctlon hereunder or to include in any contract or deed hereafter made any additional restrictive

ed for the purpose of enforcing the convenants and maintaining the high atandards of Lakewood Park.
