15. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief ~

shall not be deemed. a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same~ a prior, or subsequent breach,-
~ and Grantor shall not be held liable for sa~d failure to enforce any restriction herein.
~ 16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force untll January 1~ 1968~ and shall be
automatically renewed for each 5 year period thereafter unless ownera of at least two-thirda of the lots in
# the development ahall, at least six montha prior to any such r$newal date, agree in writing to a change in ~
~ or an abrogation of any of the above covenants, and records auch writing so amending the aforesaid
