12. Portions of the Plat marked "Reserved" ia the private property of the Grantor and not aubject to ~

other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own•• '
~ ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay $11 for
i each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year, said sum to be used for gen-

14. The Grantor reserves to i~elf the ruaus and ways ahown on the Plat referred to hereln and re-
? R serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or waya ahown on Plat to public use or to convey same "
to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. '
~ , 16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions~ the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relieP
