are to be automatically entitled to membership and voting r~ghts in an association of Ownera to be form-

All owners shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas, lakes and canals aiid any
~ other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own~
ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay $11 for
' each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year, said sum ~o be used for gen-
eral maintenance, .
14. Tha Grantor reserves to itself the ruaus and ways shown un the plat referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same
~ to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. .
16. For the breaoh of any of the above reatrictions, the Grantor ahall be entitled to apply for relief
~ by injunction in addition to any other,remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restric~ion herein
shall not be deemed. a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same~ a priar, or subsequent breach,~ -
and Grantor shall not be heid liabte for said failure to enfarce any restriction ~erein. ~
16. All of the covenants and restrictions shail remsin in force until January 1, 1968, and ehall be
automatically renewed for each b year period thereafter unleas ownera of at least two-thirds of ths Iots in
the development shall, at least six months prior to any auGh renewal date~ agree in writing to a change in
~ or an abrogation of any of the above covenants, and records such writing so amending the afaresaid
~ covenants. ~
