these conditions and restrictions ~nd the Grantor reserves the right to release in whale or in part any ~

. signed by the Grantor to a Property Owner~ Association or some corporate or nan-corporate c~rganizatiun
whose purpose it is to provide for the welfare of Lakewood Park, All purchasera of residence property
are to be automatically entitled to membershi~ and voting rights in an associ~?tion ~f Qwner~ to be form-
ed for the purpose of enforcing the convenants and maintaining the high standards of Lakewood Park.
All owncrs shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas~ lakes and canals and any
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own-
ers Association when formed or a corgorate or non-corpora~e organization. Gr~ntee will pay $11 for ~
each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year, said sum to be used for gen-
eral maintenance,
I4. The Grantor reserves to itself the roads and ways shown on the Plat referred to ~?erein and re- "
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on P1at to public use or to convey ~ame I'
to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. ~ r
' 16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall b~ entitled to apply for relief .

automatically renewed for each 5 year periad thereafter unless owners of at least two-thlyds of the lots in
the development shall~ at least six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing to a change in a:.
