aimilar excavating within the lot line bE done; nor any bulkhead ur sea wallbe built until plans have been
approved by Grantor,
~ 11. If a lo~ borders a canal or lake, the bed of the canal or lake and the waters abave ~uch bed are
not inoluded. .
, 12. Portions of the Plat marked "Reaerved" is the private property of the Grantor and not subject to
these conditions and restrictiona and the Grantor reserves the right to release in whole or in part any _
~ restrlction hereunder or to include in any contracC or deed . hereafter made any additional restrictive
covenanta providing same are not ~nconsistent with these herein contained.
~ 13. Any and all righte and reservations of the Grantor herein ia~cluded may be tra~neferred or ~s-

14. The Grantor reserves to itaelf the ruaas and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re- :
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or tv convey same ~
to the State, County or City or any agencY thereof. . :
~ 16. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor ahall be entitlerl to apply ior relief 3~
i by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein
shall not 6e deemed: a wavier of a right to do so thereafter aa to the same, a prior, or subsequent breach,~ ~
and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein.
i~ 16. All of the covenants and restrictions ahail remain in force until January 1, 196~, and shall be
