a manner as preacribed by the St. Lucie County Board oi Health. No dralnage may be located within 26
feet of an adjoining lot, 60 feet of a waterfrant .lot, or 50 feet of any well. ~ _

ways will be permitted on any corner lot. And any fence, hedge or shrubbery on a watertront aite that

' 7. No activity will be permitted which ia a nuiisance or a~anoyance to the neigbborhood. Iiousehold
pets are permitted if not maintained for any commercial purpose.
