absolute riak of the person so using.

All owners shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of atreets, park areas, lake~ and canals and any
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and •be maintained by the Property Own-
era Association when formed or a corporate or non-corparate organization. Grantee will pay $11 for
each 1ot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, en Febrnary 1, of each year, 9aid sum to be used for gen-
eral maintenance, , .

14. The GrRntor reserves to itself the ru~us and ways ahown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public usQ or to convey same
to the State, County pr City or any agency thereof.

by injunction in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a reatriction'herein
