9. Any and all rights and reservationa of the Grantor herein inciuded may be transferred or assign-
ed by the Grantor to a Property Owners Association or soma corporate or no.i-corpor~te organization
whose purpose it is to provide far the welfare of Lakewood Park,
` 10. The Grantor reserves to itself the roads and ways a}iown on the Plat referred to herein and
. reserves the right at t~ny time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same
ta the State or City or any agency thereof. ~
21. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entitled to appl for re- ~

~ lief by injunction ~n addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction
herein ghall not be deemed a waiver of a right to do so thereafter aa t;: the same~ a prior, or $ubsequent
breach, and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein. ~
~ ~ 12. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force until January 1, 1968, and sh~ll be ~i
automatically renewed for each 6 year period thereafter unless owners of at teast two-thirds of the lots
in the development shall, at least six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing to a_
ehange in or an abrogation of any of the above co~?enants, and recorda auch writing s~ amending the ~
aforesaid covenants.
