said conshuction in accordance with plans and sp~eciEications filed with the Association, shall eonstitute a breach of this mortgage,
~ and, at the option of the Association, immediately mature the entire amount of principal pnd interest hereby secured And the Asso-

18. That the lbstract or abstracts of tide cavering the mortgaged property sh~il at all times, during the life of this mort-
~age, remain in the possession of the Association and in th~ event of the fareclosure of this mortgage or other transfer of title to
the mortgaged propedy in extinguishment of the indebtedness secured hcreby, all right, title, and interest of the Mortgagors in
