each lot to Grantor, his nominees or Assigns, en Febru~ry 1, of each year, said sum to be used for gen- ~
eral maintenance,
14. The Grantor reserves to itself the ruuus ~nd ways shown un the Plat referred to herein and re- 1~
serves the right at Any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or ta canve; same j, •
to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. .
15. For the breach af any of the above restrictlons, the Grantor shall be entitled to ap~,ly for relief :r
by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein
shall not be deemed. a wavier of a right to do so thereafter aa to the same, a prior~ or subsequent breach,~
and Grantor shall not be held liable for a~id failure to enforce any restriction herein. +
~ 16. All of the covenants and restrictions shall remain in force unti( January 1, I968, and shatl be
automatically renewed for each 6 year period therenfter unless owners of at least two-thirds of the lots in
the development shall, at least six months prior to any such rene~val date. agree in writing to a change in it _
or an abrogation of any of the above covenants, and recorda such writing so amending the aforesaid
