4. The officers of this organization shall consist o!' a President,
Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, and Assistant
Sergeant at Arms, the election of whoa~ shall be on the annual basis, on
the annuai meeting of the organization, and de~ermined by ma~Jority ~rote
