7. A~,y peraon o! legai age, withaut ~restrlction, may appiy f'o~
. membership ~n and becaue a m~mber o~' this organization sub~ect anly to
receiving unanim~us approval for membership by the Board of Directors.
The deterwination for membership or re~ection of' ~embership by ehe Board
of Dir~ctorg shall be conclusive, and no appeal is granted to applicant.
Each applicant f or membership shall submit an application and
application fee as may b~ determined and approve~ by the Board of Directors.
9. Membership shall continue on ari annual baais, contin~ent upon
. each member paying his annual dues and conting~nt upon the good conduct
df each anem~er. Any member may be temporarily suspended fram pr3vileges
~f th~ organization i~mnediately by any officer far mtseonduct of any
nature, ~uch as but not limited to becoming ingoxicated or abusive either
orally or physically, and upon such suspension said member sha12 remove
himselT f orthwith fram the premises of the organi~ation. Otherwise, the
con~inued presence of said member sha21 constitute a trespass. Upon such
suspensi~n, the officer imposing the same shall immediatel~? re~ort it to
the Board of Directors who shall determine whether expulsion be imposed,
which shall be sub,~ect to ma~orfty vote of the Board. The Board may
conduct such hearing or inv~stigation as it deems necessary in this
procedure, and daes not have to afford the suspended member any hearing
~hereon. The determination of the Board shall be regorted to the said ~
member and shall be conclusive, without right of $ppeal by the member.
lQ. There shall be an ar?n~al meeting o!' the membership upon the
anniversary date af the organization, anrl such other genera2 membershlp
meeting~ as may be determined to be held from time to Lime. . ~
11. No member shall have ar~y inLerest, contingent, vested, or other-
~ wise, in any asset or property of the organi~ation, and the dropping~.of ;
membership, expulsfon, or failure to renew membershi~i by payment oi' the
annual fee, shall release said member from the organization and consti-
tute a disclafiner by said member a~d release of any clai~n, interest, or .
equity the said person had-or ever had in any of the asset~ or properties
of the organization.
