are fo be automatically entitled to membership and voting righta in an association of Ownera to be form• ~
ed for the purpose of enforcing the convenant~s and maintaining th~ high atandarda of I.~kewood Park.
- Ali ow~ers shall be entitled to equal rights in the use of str~ets, park areas, lakes and can~ls and any
other use of property which shall be set apart by the Grantor and be mainta~ned by the Property Own~ '
ers Association when formed or a corporate or.non-corporate organizatian. Grantee will pay $11 for
each lot #o Grantor, his nominees or assigns, on February 1, of each year~ said sum to be used for gen-
~ eral maintenance,
. 14. The Grantor reserves to itself the ru~sus and ways ahown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways ahown on Plat to public use or to convey same "
~ to the State, County or City or any agency thereof. r
. ~ 1.6. For the breach of any of the above restrictions, the Grantor shall be entltled to apply for reliei =
by injunction in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a reatriction herein

automatically renewed for each G yeax period thereafter ur.?ess owners of at least two-thirds of the lots in
the development shall, at least six months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writin~ to a change in ~
