Tkiat the maintenance ot the road located on the above de- , . scxibed property and used by Baskin and Merk shall be borne jointly . ~ ~ by,Baskin, Merk, their successors or assigns, and Culv~rhouset pro- ~ ; vided, howevex, that that portion ot th~ maintenance expense of sai.d . ; road attributed to Culverhouse shall no~ exceed.th~ eum of Five Hun-- ; dred Dollars ($500.00) per year; and, provided, however, that the en- ; ~ . ~ tire leng~h of sais~ road shall be maintained in uniform manner. 2. That all decisions as to the maintenance #:o ba performed ~f ~ or~ the road located on the ~bove descr3bed property s~hall be de- , ~ermined by a majority decision o~ George H. Culverhouae, Sr., John ; ' ~ Merk and Seymour Baskin, or their ~cespective agenta or nominees and _ any maintenance work authorized on aaid road shall not obligate any ~ party hereto unlesa aqreed upon and approved by a majority of said ~ ~ Culve7:houses Merk and Baskin. ~ 3.
