It is understood and agreed that title to the equipment and any replacements thereof and addittans thereto shall remain in the Se[ter and shail no1, pass to the Buyer until the entire purchase price has been fulty paid And untii ail the other termg of this agreement to-be previously performed b~~ the Buyer have been fu11y pei'formed. Upon such ~ayment and performance~ the Seller ahall~ at the request of the Buyer, execute and deliver to the Buyer an ackno~vled~;ment that the Euver has made payment in full of the . purchase price specified herein ancl that title to the equipment has passed to the Buyer. The obligation of the Bu~~er to pay all of the instaitments of the purchase price ai~d to comply with all the other terma ' of this agr~ement to be performec~ by the B~yer shAll continue and shLll to no extent be limited by , reason of any damage, destruction or loss of equipment ~vhile in the Buyer's possession. b. The Buyer ahall pay an~ and all taxes~ te~~ies, license fees or assessments made, levied or ~ ~ assessed againsL the equipmrnt by any legal ~?uthority ancl shall satisfg~ any liena that may be impressed thereon so long as uny part of the purchase price hereunder remains unpaid, and in the event the Seller pays any such items the amount thereof shall be added to any instailment of the purchase price~ oi . which in ali respects it shall be considered a part. s 6. The equipment xhall be considered as person~lty and shall in no way be attached to the realty or made a part thereof in any manne'r whatsoever so lon~ as any part of the purchaae price hereunder ~ remains unpaid. . 7. The Buyer agrees that the l3uver ~vill~ at the ~iu~•er'g u~•n cost and expense, fully insure the equipment agains~ dumage bv reason of fire in a comp~ny or com~anies approved by the Seller, any lose arising thereurider to he paid to the Seller, ~s its inteye~t may :i~~pear. The Seller, at its option, may effect :+uch insurance on behalf of the Buyer~ and is hereb,r uulhorized to do so, and to charge the Buyer with the co~t thereof, and any such cast shall be :~dcled t~ a»y installment of the purchase priee, of which in all respe+cts, it sh~ll be consiciered a part. ~ 8. Upon the happening of un} of the fotio~ving event:~: (1) defsuIt by the Buyer It~ payment of ~ ~ any part of the purchase price due hereunder; ar (21 and other default by the Buyer in the pmmpt and faithful performance of any of the terms, conditions and obligations of this agreement to be performed by the L'uyer; or (3) any attempt by the Bu~~er to sell, let~ pledge, mortgage, remove or. otherwiae dispose of any part or all of' the equipment or of the Bayer's interest therein; or (4) the aeiZUre of the ~ equipment by or for creditors of the Buyer. or lec~~• iipon it for c~ebts. taxes or rent; or (6) the insolvency . , of the Buyer;,or (6) the mukin~ of at~y assignment by the 8uyer for the benefit of creditors; or the flling of a~~oldn`ta~y or involuntarv petition in bankruptcy by or against the 8uyer; or (8) the appoint• ~ ment of uny receiver by any State oi• Federal court of all ~r u substantial part of the Bu~er'~~asset~; ar .
