The equipment :+hall be considered as personalty ancl shall in no way be attached to the realty , ~ or made a part thereof in any manner whatsoever so long as any part of the purchase price hereunder remains unpaid. 7. The Buver agrees that the Buver ~vill, at the Buyer'a uK•n cost and expense, fully insure the equipment against dumage by reason of tii•e in a company ar companies approved by the Seller~ any losa xrising thereu»der to be paid to the Seller~ ~s its intere::t may :~~~~~ear.
