All owners ahall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas, lakes and canals and any '

ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantee will pay ~11 for '

` 14. The Grantor reserves to itself the ruuus and ways ahown on the P1at referred to herein and re-
aerves the right at any time to dedica±s all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or to convey same
