an attorney for co~llection Purchaser agrees to pay all costs and expenses of sucr
collection, including a reasonable attorney~s fee.
The title to the said above described property shall remain in the said
Halsey & Griffith, Inc. until the whole amount of the purchase price shall have
~ been paid.

In the event that the property described in this Contract is injured or
destroyed by fire,- or otherwise, the loss sha11 fall upon the purchaser and
~ na~:~~~up~n-:the said Halsey & Griffith, Inc. and the debt under this contract
shall not be in wise affected or destroyed thereby.
~ Halsey 8c Griffith, Inc. sha].1 have ~he ri~ght, at.any time, after default
f~~ in any payment of any installment of the purchase price of the pro ert des-

; cribed herein for a period of five (5) days, by its servants and agea~ts, to
enter upon the premises where said property is located and take possession of
: the same, without~,,~.egal process, and all payments made up to the time of such
default shall be considered and app].ied as rent for the use_of the property,
and its depreciation in value. •
The Accomodation Charge will be cancelled if paid 2-27_64 .
