13. Any and all rights and reservations oi the Grantor herein included may be tranaie~red or as- ~

16. For the breach of any of the above reatrictiona, the Grantor ahall be entitled to apply for relief
by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein ~
shall not be deemed: a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, ~ prior, or subsequent breach,•
and Grantor shall not be held liable ior said failure to enfarce any restriction herein.
' 16. All of the covenants and restrictions ahall remain in force until J~nuary 1, 1968, and shall be ,
automatically renewed for each 6 year period thereafter unless ownera of ~t least twathirds of the lots in
t:__~ , the development shall, at least eix months prior to any such renewal date, agree in writing to a change in -
