are to be automatically entitled to membership and voting rights in an association of Ownera to be form-
ed for the purpose of enforcing the convenanta and maintaining the high standards of Lakewood Park.
All owners ahall be entitled to equal rights in the use of streets, park areas, lakes and canals and any
other use of praperty which ehall be set apart by the Grantor and be mainta~ned by the Property Own- ~
ers Association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate organization, Grantee w~ll pay ~11 for
R e.$ch lot to Grantor, hts nominees or assigna, on February 1, of each year, eaid sum to be uaed for gen- ~
~ eral maintenance. ~
14. The 'Grantor reservea to itself the roads and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
~ serves the right at nny time to dedicate all roada or ways shown on Plat to public uae or to convey same ~
~ to the State, County or City or any agency thereof.

` ~ 16. For the breach of any of the abovQ restrictions~ the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief ~
by injunetion In addition to any other remecly and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restriction herein

and Grantor shall not be held liable for said failure to enforce any restriction herein. ~
