= AAd the mortgagor further covenants as follows :
~ 1. That he will pay the indebtedn~ss, as hereinbefore provided. Privitege is reserved to pay tha

; on ~he note~ on the first day of any month prior to maturity: Provided, however, that written notice of an
intention to exercise such privitege is given at least thirty (30) daya prior to prepayment; and, prnvided
~ further, that in the event the debt is paid in fuil prior to maturity and at that time it is fnsured under
the provisions of the National Housing Act, he will pay to the mortgagee an adjusted premium charge of ~

* (a) An amount sufficient to provide the holder hereof with funds to pay the next mortgage
~ insurance premium if this instrument and the note secured hereby are inaured, or a monthiy charge
~ (in lieu of a mortgage insurance premium) if they are held by the Federat Houaing Commissioner,

~ (t) If and so long as said note of even date snd this inetrument are insured or are reinsured under the .
provisions of the National Housing Act~ an amount euf~icient to accumulate in the hands oi the halder
~ one (1) month prior to its due date the annual mortgage insurance premlum, in order to provide euch
~ hoider with funde to pay euch premium to the Federal Housing Commi~aioner purauant to the National
~ Housing Act, as amended, and applicable Regulationa thereunder; or ~
~ (t[) If and so long as said note of even date and this instrument are held by the Federa~l Housing Commis-
~ sioner~ a monthly char e(in lieu oi a mortgage insurance premium) wtiich shall be in an amount
~ equal to one-twelith (~2) of oae-hali ( 34 ) per centum of the $verage outstanding batance due on the

~ (b) A sum equal to the grnund rents, if any, next due, plus the premiums that will next become
~ due and payable on ~olicies of fire and other hazard insurance covering the mortgaged property, plus _
~ taxes and assessments next due on the mortgaged property (ali as estimated by the mortgagee) lesa
all sum~ already paid therefor divided by the number. of munths to elapse before one month prior
i~ to the date when such ground rents, premiums, taxes, and assessments Evi11 become delinquent, such
