And the mortgagor further covenants as follows ; ~
= 1, That he will pay the indebtedness~ as liereinbefore pravided, Privitege is reserved to pay the ~
debt iri wliole, or in an amount equal to one or moi•e monthly payments on the principal that are next duo ~
on the note, on the first da3~ of any month prior to maturity: Provided, however, that written notice of an ;

(a) An amount suff'icient to provide the holder hereof with funds to pay the next mortgage ;

_ (in lieu of a mortgage insurance premium) if they are held by the Federfll Housing Commissioner, ~ ;

(t) If and so long as said note of even date and this instrument are insured or arQ i•einsured under the ;
provisions of the National Housing Aet, an amount sufficient to accumulate in the hands of the holder ~
one (1) month prior to its due dale the unnuul mortgage insurance premium, in order to provide such
~ holder with funda to pay such pi•emium~to the Federal Housing Commissioner pursusnt to the National
Housing Act, as amended, and applicablo Regulations thereunder; or
(II~ If and so long as said note of even date aild this instrument are held by the ~ederal Housing Commis- t
sioner~ a monthly charge (in lieu of a mortgagQ insurance premium) w}iieh shall be in an amount
equel to one-twelfth (~/12) of one-hulf (1,4 ) per centum of th,e average outstanding balance due on the ' • ±
note computed without tuking into account detinquencies or prepayments; - ,

~ Any deficie~icy in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall~ unless made good by the ~
mortgagor prior to the due date of ti~e next such pa~yment, constitute an event of default under this mort- (
gage. The mortgagee may cullect a"late ci~arge' nat ta exceed two cents (2¢) for eaeh dollar ($1) af ~
each payment more than fifteen (15j days in arrears to cover the extra expense involved in handling ~
delinquent payments. ' ~
~ That if the totn~ of the payments made by the mortgagor under {b) of paragraph 2 preceding shall ~
