aigned by the Grantor to a Property Owners Associstion or some corporate or non•curporate organization
whose purpose it is to provide for the welfare of Lakewood Park, Ail purchasers of residence property J
are to be automatically entitied to membership and voting right9 in an association of Owners to be form- f
ed for the p~rpose of enforcing the convenants and maintaining the high standards of `Lakewood Park, ;
. AU owners shall be entitled to equal rights in the u~e of streets, park areas, lakes and canals and any ;
other use of property which shall be aet apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Praperty Own~ '
ers Association ~vhen fdrmed or a corporate or sion-corporate organization. Grantee will pay $11 for
each lot to Grantor, his nominees or assigns, nn February 1, of each year, said sum to be used for. gen-

14. The Grantor r~serves to itself the ruaus and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re• t
serves the right at any time to dedicate all roads or ways shown on Plat to public use or ~o convey same
