This.cause came on for tr~,al ~he 7th day of May, 1975, _
Qn the Complaint af the Wife an~l Answer thereto, and the
Court having been givQn fu?1 consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: Th~s Cour~ has jurisdiction of
- the parties and subject matter of th~s suit; that the _
_ _ relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;~
= and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably _ -
broken and shoul.d be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDEREQ AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
BARBARA H. WOLFE and HOWARD D. [~iOLFE be and the same is
hereby disso~.ved, and the parties and each of them are- -
hereby forever freed ~rom the bonds of matrimony heretofore

. existing between ~hem and from the obligations arising

2. PROPERTY AND SUPPORT: The Stipulation between the =
parties admitted into evidence is nereby ratified and appruved'
