~'HIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this day upon the
biotion for Order of Contempt and the Husband, GRADY RUSSELL .

FINLEX--and the k'ife, NELLIE SUE FINLEY being represented by
- counsel and the Court finding that the Husband is $?00.00 in
arrears in the support payments required by the Final Judgment - ~
~ ot Dissolution of Marriage entered October 4, 1971 and the Court
- heing tully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration -
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - - - ~
. (l) That the husband shall make all future payrnents in
suppo~t of his four children to the Clerk of the Circuit
- Court and by him remitted promptly to NELLIE SUE FINLEY QUEEN.
I;x addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory !
costs to be added to each payment r.iade to the Clerk. All payments :
- shall be made in ca~h, money order or cashier=s ~heck. Both of ~
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of ~
their mailing and residence addresses at all tiines while this
. order is in effect. ~his provi.sion shall not be waived by either

(2) That the husband, GRADY RUSSELL FINLEY be and h~_is
hereby found in contempt of Court for the non-payment of support ~
payments as awarded iT that Fina~ Judgment of Dissolution of _
. Marriage dated C~ctober~4, 1971 but th'is finding shaZl be suspended
for a period of thirty (30) days to al"low said husband to bring -
up t~ date 311 back payments in the aunount of $?00.00 during
