ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
_ (1) That the Husband, EMORY E. P~i00RE be and he is hereby
found in contempt of Court for the: non-payment of attorneys' fees ~
and costs as aw~rd~d in that Final Judgment of.Dissolution of _
- Marriage dated February 26, 1974, and for failing to obey the Order' ~

dated August 16th and September 20th, 1974 and he is further
- - ordered to pay the cost of Sheriff's service of $7.50 in addition
~ to the previous amounts awarded of $228.25 for~-a total sum due ~
= of $235.75, and the husband is s~ntenced to spend every weekend
= following the date of this Order in the County Jai1 c~mmencing
at 6:00 P.~M., Friday, May 16th, 1975 when he shall surrender -
himself to the St. Lucie County Jail for ~.ncarceration and serving ~
. _time through Sunday until 6:00 P.M. and each weekend thereafter .
until al.l monies due under the Final Judgment and subsequent
- Orders are paid to the law firm of Carlton, Brennan, McAliley,
