Husband to comply with_the Order of October 3, 1974 as to child
support payments, failure to comply with the restraining order, -

by the Husband, and the Court having heard testimony of the
~ : respective parties, and the parties having agreed in open court,
and the Court being fully adv~sed in the premises, it is ther.eupon
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - . ~
l. The Husband, Clifford-G. Royer, is in arrears in his ~

. - payments to the Wife, Diann Royer, pursuant to the Order of October ~

- 3, 1974, in the sum of $450. _

- 2. Cor~unencing May 2, 1975 Cli.fford G. Royer shall pay
_ to Diann RoXer the sum of $100 each and every week for the support ~
of Susan Lynn Royer and Marcia Ga?1 Royer, minor children of the _

parties. Each payment sha11 be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
- made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be ~rade in cash, money order
~ ~ or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
