Prappas deliver to said defendant his duly executed note with
- documentary stamps affixed as required by law in the amount of
. $35,OOU.00, payable according to the terms-set forth in th~ deposit ~
_ receipt agreement between said parties and plaintiff shall con- #
currently with therewith deliver to said defenc~ant a duly ex~cuted
- purchase money mortga~e securing payment of said promissory note _
and encumbering the property. described in Paragraph 2 above;
~ said mortgage to be in usual~form; further, at the time of delivery
of the af.oresaid warranty deed and promissory note and purchase ~
