the-installation, operation, service and maintenance of said ~
gas line.crossing said easement are to be at Grantee's sole
expense and will be accomplished in a manner not aclversely
affecting the use of Grantor's remaining property. Grantee r3
further covenants that by the acceptance of this Easement,
Grantee will save harmless and indemnify Grantor against `
damages {including but not limited to damages to property of ;

Grantor as~`well as any and all suits,~transactions, judgments - _
