Tliis cause came on for trial the 19th day of May, 1975,. ~
and the ~ Court having given full ~consideratior, to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
~ subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife,
- ~ _ ~ ~
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage b~tween t1-re : ~
- parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. Ic is ~

- _ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between_JACK ~

- bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the _ ~

= 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PATRICTA~FRESHLEY be and she is
_ hereby authorized to assume her former name of P~TRICIA BRUNNING and to ~

~ use the same in a~l respects as if said marri~ge had not-intervened. . ~

_ 3. PROPERTY RIGHTS. As between the parties to this action,

_ the Husband snall be resp~nsible for the paym~nt of the Sears Roebucic ;
& Co. and General Finance Company debts.' The Husband shall hold the
Wife harmless against any claim for the gayment of these debts.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry o~ such further orders as -
may be proper. . - .
